Due to the nature of digital software and the immediate access to premium puzzle generation capabilities (including the Bulk PDF Generator), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any monthly or annual subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. To cancel your subscription, please email our support team at support@ryvixlabs.com from the email address associated with your account.
When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to your Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in your current cycle.
If you believe there has been a billing error on your account, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge at support@ryvixlabs.com, and we will investigate the issue.
